24-Hour Return Window

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Warranty Coverage

All our watches come with a manufacturer's warranty that covers the internal movement mechanism — this includes any functional or mechanical issues affecting how the watch operates.

Please note that the following components are not covered under warranty:

• Straps (leather, metal, or rubber)
• Watch color or finish (including plating and coating)

Any damage, wear, or discoloration to the strap or the watch's color/finish will not qualify for a warranty claim. Only issues related to the internal movement are eligible for warranty service.

How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim

1. Contact our customer support team within the applicable timeframe (24 hours for returns).
2. Share your order number along with clear photos/videos of the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
