This model is equipped with the new solar chronograph calibre 8A50, which measures the elapsed time in steps of 1/100th of a second. The hour and minute hands and the indices of the time-of-day display are filled with LumiBrite to improve readability in the dark. The pushers have been specially designed to ensure high operability and accuracy in measuring elapsed time, which are essential for any creation of the Prospex Speedtimer.
